🔴 If Someone Asks For This, It's a Scam

  • Gift cards or prepaid debit cards
  • Wire transfers or cryptocurrency
  • Your Social Security or Medicare number over the phone
  • Remote access to your computer
  • Secrecy — "don't tell your family"

🟡 Before You Act, Always

  • Hang up and call the company back using the number on your card or bill
  • Ask a family member before sending any money
  • Take your time — real emergencies don't require instant payment
